Started by Michael Williams of A Continuous Lean and Randy Goldberg of Urban Daddy, the Pop Up Flea is a the culmination of various men’s style brands and designers under one roof so that consumers get the chance to interact with the people behind their favorite products. The fifth installment of this venture kicked off in NYC yesterday and will be running all weekend.

The Pop Up Flea, a collaboration between Urban Daddy Editorial Director Randy Goldberg and A Continuous Lean kick-starter Michael Williams, brought together an eclectic mix of brands and coveted men’s style products under one roof this weekend in NYC. Aside from more known names like Filson, Billykirk and Unionmade, a new-ish jewelry line for men was showcased — George Frost — and part of said line is the jackpot of men’s rings known as the Victory Ring.

Ryan Lochte was definitely not one of those gold medalists who simply bowed out of the spotlight after scoring big at the 2012 Olympics. Upon leaving London, reports of the swimmer starring in his own reality show and snagging cameos on a number of shows, including ‘30 Rock‘ and ‘90210,’ began pouring out of the woodworks; and he even got the opportunity to report on New York Fashion Week for E!.

Who knew Lochte, who’s essentially turning into the Brad Gronkowski-playa’ type of the swimming world, was interested in style, let alone becoming the next pop culture icon? But it turns out his passion for fashion extends far beyond his recent NYFW gig.
